Customer F.A.Q.

Does Trails have private rooms or lap dances?
No. In the state of Utah any establishment that serves liquor may not have contact between customers and dancers of any kind.  This means we do not have lap dances, private rooms, and our ladies do not dance nude. This law also requires a 3 foot rule between the customer and dancer at all times while she is on stage. You may not directly hand or touch a dancer with money either.

Can I reserve seating for a party?
We do offer reserved seating or space in our bar for groups, parties, etc. We do offer the option to rent the entirety of the bar out for your own private party. If you are interested in renting Trails for a private party call to speak with the a Manager and make arrangements.

Is Trails an agency or can I book a date with one of the dancers?
NO! Trails is a strictly visual entertainment establishment only. We value each and every woman who chooses to dance on our stage and we do not own or pimp her in any way. The bar staff and the ladies do not provide dates, companionship, 'extras', or any other service.

Applicant F.A.Q.

How do I apply to audition as a dancer, or join the bartender or security staff at Trails?
Must be 21 years of age or older to apply. It is highly recommended to visit Trails before applying to get a better idea of our establishment. If you are interested in applying as a DANCER, BARTENDER, COCKTAIL, or SECURITY call the bar and ask to speak to the manager on shift.

What documentation is required to work at Trails?

After an interview or audition all Dancer applicants are required to obtain fingerprints and a background check for Salt Lake County Police Department. Bartenders and Cocktails will need to obtain SIPS and TIPS licensing ($30), and dancers will need to apply for an S.O.B. license ($200). It is at the discretion of the Salt Lake County Police Department to grant you these certifications and licenses. Anyone with felonies, solicitation charges, or other major offenses may be denied despite being hired at Trails. An S.O.B license must be obtained before you can start dancing at Trails.

How do I schedule an audition for dancing?

Call the bar and ask to speak with the manager Bryson. Trails is highly against sex trafficking and exploitation of women, so YOU must apply for yourself. Boyfriends, husbands, or agencies may not apply for you. Once you schedule an audition you will dance in a bikini (no stripping) for the manager.

Again, no boyfriends, pimps, friends, or anyone else may accompany you. All applicants must be of sound mind and consent to the application process on their own. If you have anxiety or need a companion to accompany you for an audition then dancing mostly nude in front of strangers is probably not the job for you.

If you or anyone you know is being exploited against their will please call the
National Human Trafficking Hotline at: 1 (888) 373-7888
